David Stieper was licensed to practice law in 1990, concentrates in civil litigation in both State and Federal Court. He is licensed to practice in both Illinois and Texas. He has vast bench and jury trial experience in the areas of contract, real estate, construction and commercial litigation. His trial experience includes a 35 day trial mechanic’s lien claim.
Mr. Stieper litigates extensively in Chancery Division in Kane, DuPage, Cook and McHenry, obtaining injunctions and other extraordinary remedies. Mr. Stieper’s real estate and construction litigation experience includes commercial evictions, mechanic’s lien foreclosures, suits to quiet title, partition and mortgage foreclosures.
Mr. Stieper is the co-author of the Illinois Institute for Continuing Legal Education (“IICLE”) real estate litigation chapter entitled, “Defense of Mortgage Foreclosures.”
Mr. Stieper has a Master’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in accounting and finance.
